Recapping July – September 2012 guest posts

In yesterday’s post we briefly recapped the guest posts that had featured April-June and on Friday we looked at the first 3 months of 2012.

Today our focus will be on the guest posts that were published in July, August and September.

July

Coach Beth Burgess specialises in addiction recovery and shared her experience, expertise and thoughts in the first guest post in the month of July. Beth asked, “My Coaching Clients Aren’t Broken – Are Yours?”

In the next guest post “The Single Story You Need To Coach”, Philippa Davies shared her own experience and knowledge about how we make sense of the world.

In the lead up to London 2012, as coach Gina Visram is based in the host borough for this years Olympic Games she used it as a topical theme for “Going for Gold: What coaches can learn from the upcoming Olympics”.

Transformative Coach Katri Manninen then asked “Are you coaching from your head or from your heart?” Sharing her approach and perspective to her coaching work.

As August began, Sean Conrad shared resources that coaches may want to use for career and employment coaching, in his guest post “Resources That Can Help with Career Progression”

Ryan Toms then shared his thoughts about working with, and speaking to, groups in a business setting in his post called “Getting The Message Across Is Vital” 

In the third guest post in August, Emanuele Santanché shared some of the thoughts he’s had as he considers embarking on a career in coaching in “What if your client has a neurotic goal to achieve?”

Robert Boyd drew upon over 25 years worth of business experience to share his expertise and knowledge in his guest post, “Aligning Values & Vision in Your Business” 

We ended August with Lawrence Michaels sharing a technique in a guest post called “The Power of Using Timelines”

September

Change can be a catalyst that prompts someone to turn to a coach for support. In today’s guest post coach Melani Luedtke-Taylor share some thoughts on letting go in “It Is What It Is: The Art of Letting Go” 

Julia Neiman presented 5 common beliefs and attitudes that lead to procrastination. An extract from her latest e-book she shared “Lesson 9: Procrastination”

Richard Nugent returned as a guest poster, this time focusing upon the subject of confidence in his guest post “Secrets of Coaching Confidence” 

In our final guest post in September Frederique Murphy turned her attention to providing some answers about “What to do when encountering challenging situations with your coaching clients!”
