You don’t have to earn your own breath

If you are someone others rely on, as a coach, a carer, a parent, a leader, it can feel easier to hold space for everyone else than to take a moment for yourself.

Intellectually, you know how important it is. You may even be someone who teaches others about slowing down, and does it well. Maybe you tell your clients, your loved ones, your team a version of “You can’t pour from an empty cup”, and genuinely mean it.

And still, when it comes to your own moment?

It is easy to hesitate. Not now. Later. Maybe once everything is cleared. Maybe once you have earned it.

But you do not need to earn your own breath. You do not need permission to pause. You do not need to wait until you are on the edge of exhaustion.

This is a quiet reminder. A soft invitation to let something be for you.

This August, I’m offering a small number of one-to-one sessions called A Moment Just for You,on a pay-what-you-can basis, within the range of £50 to £225.

There is no pressure. No agenda. No need to bring anything in particular. Just a chance to exhale. To feel heard. To rest. To come back to yourself.

You are just as worthy of your own care as anyone you support. And sometimes, one moment is enough to remember that.

If that sounds like something you’d welcome this August,
