The Infinite Riches of Now

Sometimes what we seek is already here, quietly waiting to be seen.

“The present moment holds infinite riches beyond your wildest dreams.” (Jean Pierre de Caussade)

It’s easy to overlook what’s right here.
The mind rushes ahead or drifts back, looking for meaning, solutions, or progress.
But the richness isn’t somewhere else. It’s in this very moment, quietly waiting to be seen.

When we stop long enough to notice, even the ordinary can begin to feel extraordinary.
A simple breath, a flicker of light, a pause between thoughts — all of it carrying a kind of depth that can’t be reached through effort, only through awareness.

The more we return to the present, the more we see that life itself has been offering its treasures all along.

Questions For Coaches

  • What helps you slow down and notice what’s already here?
  • How do you support clients in finding depth in the present rather than escape from it?
  • When have you experienced a simple moment become something profound?
  • What changes when you stop searching for richness and start seeing it?

You don’t need to answer every question, just notice which one feels alive for you.
