The Feeling of Being Fully Alive

It isn’t about what we do, but how deeply we meet life while doing it.

There’s something about doing what brings us alive that feels unmistakable.
The world softens, thought quiets, and we meet life directly.

For some, it’s writing. For others, it’s music, gardening, coaching, or simply being with people.

It isn’t about the activity itself, but the feeling of aliveness that shows up when we’re fully present to it.

Questions For Coaches

  • What brings you most alive in your work?
  • How do you notice when a client lights up?
  • What helps you reconnect with what feels natural and joyful for you?
  • Where do you sense the line between doing something and being in it?

You don’t need to answer every question, just notice which one feels alive for you.
