A wooden seesaw rests perfectly balanced on a central wooden sphere, with two equal-sized wooden balls placed on either end. Above the image is a quote in black text: "You shall not, for the sake of one individual, change the meaning of principle and integrity." Below the quote, in smaller font, the author is credited as (Amelia Earhart). At the bottom of the image is an orange origami tiger with black stripes, casting a soft shadow beneath it. The overall image conveys courage, momentum, and the gentle dissolving of fear.

The decision to act can seem like the hard part, but once we begin, momentum builds.
