Rediscovering the Joy of Being You: A Space to Explore

After last week’s Fun, Freedom, and Being Fully You conversation, I found myself reflecting on something that stayed with me.

Not just the warmth in the room… but how natural it felt.

People who had only just met  finding themselves in conversations that felt easy, open, and unguarded.

There was a willingness there.

A kind of quiet compassion. A way of listening to each other that didn’t come with judgement or pressure.

And it left me wondering…

What would it be like if we met ourselves in that same way?

With that same warmth. That same willingness to listen. Without feeling the need to immediately fix, improve, or correct something.

Since then, I’ve noticed how quickly we can slip back into old habits.

Trying to work things out.
Trying to get things right.
Trying to change something that might not need changing at all.

Which is why it felt so natural to create a space to keep exploring this together.

In April, we’ll be opening up:

Rediscovering the Joy of Being You
A four-week, interactive exploration of freedom, curiosity, and being yourself.

Not as something to achieve, or as something to figure out.

Just a space to pause.
To breathe.
To gently look in a fresh direction together.

There will be invitations to share, if you’d like to… and space to simply listen if that feels right.

At times, we’ll move into smaller breakout conversations, a chance to explore things more quietly, in a relaxed way.

A space where there’s nothing to get right,  and no pressure to keep up.

And where, often, something shifts – not through effort, but through seeing something a little differently.

If something in this speaks to you, or you find yourself quietly curious, you’d be very welcome.

Starting Wednesday 1st April, You can find all the details here:
