Looking in the Mirror, Gently

Sometimes integrity asks for both honesty and self-kindness.

It can be so easy to spot when someone else isn’t living up to what we believe is right.
But how often do we soften the lens when the behaviour in question is our own?

Are the standards you judge others by the same as the ones you hold yourself to?
Are they harsher? Or more forgiving?

What would it be like to look at all of it with a little more honesty and a little more kindness?

Questions For Coaches

  • What principles feel steady and true for you?
  • Where are your judgments loudest?
  • Where do you go too soft on yourself or too hard?
  • What helps you return to integrity?

There’s no pressure to answer everything. See what you’re drawn to.
