Whisper Week for coaches

Soft window light falling across a simple arrangement of lavender and a lit candle, creating a quiet, gently held atmosphere.

Whisper Week for coaches

When you spend your days listening deeply, holding space, and helping others find clarity, it’s easy for your own inner world to become noisy or tired.

Not because anything is wrong — but because, without realising it, you’ve been doing the settling rather than letting yourself be settled.

Whisper Week is a lightly held, one-to-one support space for coaches who want more breathing room than a single conversation offers, without stepping away from their life or committing to a full immersion.

Many coaches come without a clear question. Just a sense that things feel overloaded, inwardly busy, or harder work than they used to be. You don’t need to know in advance what you want to talk about, or even why this is calling to you.

How Whisper Week for coaches works

We begin with a spacious opening conversation on Zoom, where there is time to slow things down, settle, and look together at whatever feels most alive for you right now. Often, simply having enough space at the beginning allows things to ease or clarify more than expected.

After that opening session, gentle support continues over the next four days, so whatever we’ve looked at has room to land rather than being rushed or abruptly dropped.

During those four days, there are optional short Zoom check-ins (around 15 minutes) available at a set time each day. These are there if you’d like them — to steady something that’s surfaced, to ask a question, or simply to touch back into the quieter feeling we’ve already found together.

Some people like to touch base each day during those four days, others only once or twice, and some simply value knowing the space is there. All of those ways of using Whisper Week are completely fine.

There is no expectation to attend every day, and nothing you need to prepare.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, analysing everything, or improving how you coach.

It’s a calm, human container where things can soften, rearrange, and make sense in their own time — with someone steady alongside you.

A light, uncluttered room with a chair by a window, suggesting space, ease, and a pause within everyday life.
