Day 5

Firstly I want to acknowledge you for getting well over half-way through creating your very own Welcome pack. It demonstrates your commitment to both you as a coach and your coaching clients.

In yesterdays action assignment I invited you to create a draft of a section that for the purposes of these messages I called fact finding. If you haven’t completed that action assignment then you may want to go and do that first.

If you can’t find the previous days email easily then if you click here you can find a link to the previous days messages.

Today we continue building upon your existing draft to really begin to craft your specific welcome pack.

Additional Extras

Do you want to include any specific questionnaires, quizzes or tests? By no means is this compulsory, some coaches like to offer this as an extra for their clients. In some niches it may even be seen as added value.

These may be things that you were sending/giving separately. If so do you want to include it all in one pack?

We will discuss the format of the welcome pack on day 7 so don’t get caught up in how you could include anything that falls in this category. Just be aware of anything you could include.

Stories and Articles

You have the option of including stories and/or articles. Again you can use these to start making a positive difference before that first session. Maybe it’s something about the impact of coaching, maybe it’s a motivational story that addresses a common limiting belief that is relevant for this niche or with that specific package you are offering.

Some coaches like to include testimonials from other clients within their pack. This can reinforce the belief that you are a competent and successful professional who gets results.

Action Assignment

1. Review both the Additional Extras and the stories and articles headings. Is this something you could include? If so pull together all relevant pieces to include in your draft welcome pack.

Over the final two days we will be focusing upon polishing what you have already created.

Love

Jen

P.S. If you really can’t wait to tomorrow for part 6 click here but I do strongly encourage you to complete today’s action assignment first.
